Let say that I'm taking some other serious drugs for my health issues like blood pressure and blood sugar, are there any complications that I should be worried about when I also make use of cannabis?
How does cannabis interact with other medications?

Personally, I would smoke any Cannabis when I'm on a serious medication because it's going to be counter active. It's a very dangerous thing to do with my health.

It's not a smart to be on drugs and still smoking at the same time. What's the person trying to achieve by doing so? Getting high while on drugs?
