As a lady, I've never cut my hair since I was 6 years old if I remembered it well. I can never cut my hair unless it's when my parents pass on, then I will definitely cut it bald for them in mourning.

I always have my haircut every 3 weeks. It's long enough for the hair to grow, also I don't like having clippers on my head very often because the sound messes with my head.
