Even though Manchester United have lost to Tottenham 3x this season, I think that when it comes to playing finals and winning a trophy, they are better suited than Tottenham.
Congratulations to Tottenham for wining the Europa League Final. They have succeeded in getting back into playing the UEFA Champions League next season even though they finished 17th in EPL.
It was very unfortunate for Manchester United not to win the Europa League. This is because they had an unbeating run until the final they lost to Tottenham.
Everyone thought that Manchester United is going to defeat Tottenham to win the Europa League but I knew that it will be very difficult for Man United to win Tottenham because throughout last season, Tottenham have had a better of them..
The reason why everybody thought Manchester United was going to beat Tottenham in the final is because of the history behind Tottenham when comes to losing every final they play in.
In the last season 2025–26 UEFA Europa League, Aston Villa won the competition. They defeated SC Freiburg 3–0 in the final played in Istanbul on 20 May 2026.
European competitions are yet to start for this season. We are going to see how things go when the whole teams that are going to play have been matched with the others that are going to play throughout the group stages, to the knockout stage and to the finals.
